This East Tennessee Television Station is run by Joe and Kim Palo.  They are high school sweethearts.  They had their first date in 1975 and married in 1978.  They have now been married for 32 years and have two sons, 23 and 30.  Their life together has been an adventure!

Joe has been in the media industry for almost 30 years. He started his career in 1981 withWBAC-AM1340. Over the years he has worked for Alive 95, WCLE AM, US101, J103 and then transitioning into television with the Voice of Salvation International Radio and Television. In 1999 Joe became the General Manager of WTNB and in 2009 purchased the station with other local investors. Today, Joe is the Managing Partner of WTNB.

Kim currently serves as Operation Manager of WTNB. Her background includes Executive Director of Morningside of Cleveland and Program Director of OAC of Chattanooga. Kim has joined Joe at WTNB.
